VOICEYE is universally designed for people who are blind, visually impaired, partially sighted and illiterate to access information in all printed materials. VOICEYE, developed by VOICEYE, inc. is the one which is able to store the largest amount of data among 2D bar codes in the world. Actually 5,000 bytes of data can be stored in the size of 1 square centimeter VOICEYE.
VOICEYE, inc. has also developed and produced devices to decode this VOICEYE, which operates in US & UK English, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and Korean. The concept of VOICEYE products is that a decoder converts text and media data stored in a high density 2D bar code named VOICEYE into human-like speech TTS(Text-To-Speech)engine by scanning VOICEYE printed on a paper.
VOICEYE is in document security business for on-line with VOICEYE as well. This solution is already applied to Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs and the Supreme Court of Korea. On this VOICEYE, it is stored the original document as an image file. So the organization handling official documents can identify them easily whether they are genuine or not.
VOICEYE is making extra effort to develop many other items with VOICEYE apart from above solutions to improve human welfare and document security.
